1.1 The warehouse building and its structure shall comply with the construction standards and adjustment requirements of relevant local laws and regulations.
1.2 In addition to the specified requirements for fireproof and anti-seismic structures, all walls and roofs shall be made of brick and stone, concrete or other non-combustible sheet materials, and wooden structures shall not be used.
1.3 A perfect warehouse should be a single-layer structure, easy to access and carry goods, with loading and unloading platform, operation monitoring system, smoke alarm and spray device and safe escape equipment and passageway in the warehouse.
1.4 The shape of the warehouse should be rectangular. The width of the warehouse should include a main passage with a width of 2-4 meters, plus (multiple of 1 pallet (1-1.2 meters)) at least the width of more than 5 pallets. The length of the warehouse can be 2-3 times the width of the warehouse. There should be no columns and cross beams in the warehouse, and there should be spacious high windows.
1.5 The net height of the shelf warehouse is generally more than 6 meters (8 meters is the best), and the net height of the flat warehouse is generally about 4 meters.
1.6 The thickness of the warehouse wall shall be more than 20 cm, or thick foam sandwich aluminum alloy plate with good thermal insulation performance. The wall shall be upright without inclination, flat and smooth without cracks, and shall be painted with good white paint.
1.7 Floor warehouses are generally not selected. In special cases, when floor warehouses are selected, sufficient cargo elevators (more than two) and generators with sufficient power shall be equipped (to meet the operation in case of power failure).
1.8 For the storage of products with temperature requirements, the warehouse should be selected as follows: the wall and roof of the warehouse should be thick concrete brick wall, thick foam plastic sandwich (more than 5cm) color steel plate or other materials with good thermal insulation, non flammable materials, good thermal insulation and sealing of doors and windows.
1.9 The ceiling interlayer shall be equipped with air convection port or exhaust fan.
1.10 If the warehouse area is more than 1500 square meters, there should be a fire separation wall (several fire steel rolling shutter isolation doors can be installed in the middle of the separation wall to meet the connection of the passageway in the warehouse room), or smoke alarm and spray device should be installed to meet the fire protection standards; However, the area of the warehouse shall not exceed 3000 square meters, and sufficient special fire hydrants and fire extinguishers shall be provided according to the site and area of the warehouse.
